• Safety Barrier: A 48” high safety barrier is required by code. An existing fence with self-latching gate typically satisfies this requirement. A mesh pool safety fence (baby gate), or rod iron fence can be priced per job if needed.

Irrigation, new/replacement landscaping, concrete removal, landscaping removal, retaining walls (sometimes required if the pool area is located on a steep grade).
